He was predeceased by: his father Roy Joseph. He is survived by: his mother Gertrude "Trudy" Day Martin; his sister Linda Monte; his sibling's children, Elizabeth and Christopher Monte; and his pets, Daniel and Billy.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in honor of Randy to Ocean Drive Presbyterian Church, Good News Club, P.O. Box 277, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29597.
