He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Hoerr. He is survived by: his parent Doris Strong Hoerr; his wife Dorothy Haines Hoerr; his sons, Robert "Robby" Hoerr and William "Bill" Hoerr (Ashley); his brothers, Glenn Hoerr (Jeanne) and Bruce Hoerr (Deb); and his grandchildren, Billy, Jr. and Rilynn Hoerr.
