He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruby M Stroupe and William Earl Stroupe Sr.; his significant other Nell Coffey; and his children, Derice, Deneice, Donna, Ricky and Lissa. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
