Wingate (Little River, South Carolina), born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 6, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Wingate, Sr. and Virginia O'Byrne Wingate; his wife Sandra L. Anderson Wingate; his sons, William M. Wingate, Jr. and Gary L. Wingate (Andreau); his siblings, James M. Wingate and Janice M. Watkins; and his granddaughters, Emily Wingate and Madison Wingate.
