She is survived by: her husband Marty Bast; her children, John Bast (Jaimee Sullivan), Bekah Davis (Michael Jewell) and Lauren Smith (Jordan Smith); her grandchildren, JP, Keegan, Reeve, Lukas, Colin and Rhett; and her siblings, Beth Klein (Jake Klein), Patricia Howe (Rich Masi), Michael Bach (Perri Bach), Kelly Walsh and Lisa Putkowski (Mark Putkowski).
