It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Michael Smith of Longs, South Carolina, who passed away on January 11, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Smith and Inez Smith; and his sister Mary Ann Hopkins. He is survived by: his wife Karen Cox Smith; his sons, Phillip M. Smith, Jr. (Kimberly) and Joseph H. Smith; his grandchildren, Brett Smith (April), Shauna Smith, Rylee Smith and Haven Ringer; and his siblings, Vera Edmondson, Orion Smith and Raymond Smith (Darlene). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
