He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Todd and Inez Todd (Johnson); and his siblings, David (Buddy), Paul and Velma Mangum.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his daughter Ashley Todd of Myrtle Beach; and his siblings, Danny Todd (Debbie) of Lancaster, SC and Gladys Hinson (JB) of Surfside Beach, SC.. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Wampee Baptist Church.
