He was predeceased by : his parents, Frederick Cook and Daisy Hobson Cook; his children, Kendal Grey Caulder and Renae Chouinard; and his sisters, Juanita Burleson and Louise Tingen.
He is survived by : his wife Doris B. Cook of Loris; his daughters, Sherri Cox of Little River and Diane Rock of Sylva, NC; and his sister Barbara Fleming. He is also survived by six grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, many loving nieces and nephews.
