She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth P. Marsh; her parents, William J. Haynes and Beatrice Anderson Haynes; her former husband Linsey Hicks Garner, Sr.; her children, Linsey Hicks Garner, Jr., Joe Derek Garner and Vicki Lynn Garner; and her brother William J. Haynes, Jr. (Brenda).
She is survived by: her children, Dora E. Brown (Gerry) of Lugoff and Robert Andrew Garner (Debra) of Fort Lawn; and her brother Paul R. Haynes (Faye) of Camden, SC. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
