Bell of Lugoff, South Carolina, born in Kershaw, South Carolina, who passed away on July 23, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Claude Bell, Sr. and Ethel Gregory Bell.
