Bates III (Anita) of Lebanon, Oreg.; his stepchildren, Jennifer Chitty of Apex, N. C. and Rani Silva of Asheville, N. C.; and his brothers, Henry Bates (Linda) of Martinsburg, W. V. and Fred Bates (Judy) of Reedsport, Oreg..
