She is survived by: her parents, Ronnie Joe Blair (Trudy) and Angela Darlene Tyndall Cosentino; her sons, Alex (Allie Williams-Rudden) and Evan Riker; her grandson Callan Scott Riker; the father of her children Jason Riker; and her siblings, Dawn Brown (Jeremy), Theresa Branham (Richard), Johnny Moseley (Janice), Tommy Moseley (Wanda), Richard Blair (Diana), Randell Blair (Bridgett), Bob Blair (Angela), Danyl Hutchens (Brian), Ronnie Blair and Christina Maddox (B. K.).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Special Olympics.
