She is survived by: her husband John Arthur Koumas, Sr.; her children, John Arthur Koumas, Jr. (Jenny), Sarah Theresa Koumas Gardner and Michael Joseph Gerard Koumas (Angela); her grandchildren, Justin Spivey (Abby), Jessica Koumas, Jenna Koumas, Morganne Lambert (Lee), Robert Gardner (Lexi), Kayla Koumas, Gage Koumas, Brook Koumas, Blair Hall (Will), Liz Hammond (Jay), Trey Spradley (Ashley) and Brandon Spradley; and her great grandchildren, Cooper Spivey, Collin Spivey, Oaklyn Lambert, Drake Lambert, Grayson Gardner, Alexis Narceese, Colton Hooker, Marayla Hooker, Tanner Hammond and Macie Hammond. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
