She was predeceased by: her husband Walter R. Blakely; and her parents, Sam Cooke and Vadis Tinsley Cooke. She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Blakely Kelley; her siblings, Robert Cook and Vivian Marks; and her grandchildren, Timothy R. Kelley, Erin Mays Burris (Dale) and Jennifer L. Kelley.
