He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Harvey and Sallie Scott Ratcliffe; and his brother Joe Ratcliffe (Kathy). He is survived by: his son Christopher Douglas Radcliff (Shawnee); and his sibling's children, Jennifer Prunty (Bruce), Lori Ratcliffe and Jody Ratcliffe (Melanie). He is also survived by 6 great-nieces; and 1 great-nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Thiel Meyer Animal Adoption Center.
