She was predeceased by: her husband David S. Arrants; her parents, Johnny L. Outlaw and Lillian Marsh Outlaw Warr; her former husband Corbett K. Melton; and her sister Betty Klepchick.
She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Melton of Camden and Corbett Glenn Melton of Orangeburg; her grandsons, Michael Melton and Danny Melton; and her great grandchildren, Danielle Melton, Grayson Melton, Gaven Melton and Cayden Melton.
