He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eduardo Sr. Martinez and Beatriz Martinez; his wife Judy Lee Martinez; his children, Carmella Martinez, Tina Bonnefond, Eduardo "Sonny" Martinez, III (Mindy), Sunilda Swann (Roy Sr.), Jeremiah Martinez (Athena), Christopher Matinez (Tran) and Luisa Dunagan (Kevin); his grandchildren, Roy Swann Jr. (Victoria), Jonathan, Ryan, Matthew, Nicolas, Justin, Kyle, Olivia, Izabella, Seth, Peyton and Niko; and his siblings, Brunilda Feliciano, Sary Velazques and Sunilda Quiles. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be to the American Cancer Society.
