He was predeceased by: his parents, James Douglas and Maybel Kelly Aldrich; his former wife Gertrude Terry Aldrich; his stepsons, William and O'Neal Oswald; and his siblings, Vera DeFoe, Leslie, Herbert, Newman, Bobby, Carl Aldrich, Margaret Peace and Mabel Barfield.
He is survived by: his son Stanley Wilbur Aldrich (Melody); his stepdaughter Jane Jones; his grandchildren, Brandy, Matthew and Nicholas Aldrich; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Beckham Aldrich and Mary Helen Johnson; and his sister Betty A. Tucker.
