He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Jean Woodall Williams; his parents, Benjamin Franklin and Lehana Kelley Williams; and his siblings, Joyce Williams, Evelyn Williams, Henry Williams and Elijah Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Francine Woodall (Nolia), Troy Woodall, Terry Wade Sowell (Amara) and Jimmy Bracey (Felicia); his stepsons, Arnold Edwards and Terrance Woodall; and his siblings, Jessie Williams, Janice Lee, Virgie Clark (Kenneth), George Williams and Stanley Williams. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchild.
