He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin H. Worley Sr. and Marie Cline Worley. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Hinson Worley; his children, Richard Worley (Debbie), Steven Worley, Angela Brimson, Melissa Worley and Tonya Worley; and his siblings, Tony Worley, Cindy Beam and Carolyn Smith. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
