With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gaines Paul Harrison Jr. (Lugoff, South Carolina), who passed away on February 8, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaines Paul Harrison Sr. and Nora Edna Dye Harrison; and his siblings, Delphie Virginia Lawson, Viola Lewis, Luvennia Hayton, Captola Lewis, Peggy Ervin, Goldie Sizemore, Betty Cochran, Maxine Grice, Margaret Harrison and Baby Harrison.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Faye Strewsbury Harrison; and his children, Sarah Dolly Porter of Elgin, Sherry Lynn Goff (James) of Centerville and Dean Harrison (Crystal) of Lugoff. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the American Legion Post 17.
