He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis M. Peterson and Marilyn Miller Peterson; and his siblings, Terry Peterson, Linda Peterson, Jerry Peterson, John Peterson, Melody Ochoa and Tim Peterson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Dianne Evans Peterson; his children, Richard C. Peterson, Lewis M. Peterson and Tierney L. Peterson; and his siblings, Milly Ruby and Kelly Peterson. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.
