He was predeceased by: his parents, Colmore Miller, Jr. and Mamie R. White Miller; and his sister Eulalia Welch (Darrell). He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lee Newman Miller; his children, Marcus Miller, Charles Dewey Threatt III (Brandi Shirey), Tony Allen Threatt, Courtney Elizabeth Miller (Brandon Marmolejo) and Cassandra Lee Pierce; and his sisters, Valerie Jenkins and Rosie McClain (Steve). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
