She was predeceased by: her parents, Effort Frazier and Ruth Harrison Frazier. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristy Samuel (Otis Nikki) and Stephanie Belton (Lance); her grandchildren, Jaylen Samuel, Grayson Samuel and Weslyn Belton; her stepchildren, Amy Riffle Gonzalez (William) and Brian Riffle; her siblings, Shelby Branham, Rebecca Sadler (Johnny), Anthony Frazier (Machelle) and Phillip Sadler (Adrianne); and her pet Gigi.
