She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Alexander Spruill; her brother Warren Alexander; and her grandson Teydon Mumford. She is survived by: her father Rufus Spruill Sr.; her husband Jonathon Heber; her children, Shayna Kennedy (Shawn) of Sumter, Dayna Johnson (Jarrell) of Columbia, Marie Kennedy (Montez) of Ridgeway and Ty'onna Spruill-Heber of Sumter; her stepson Jonathon Heber of Lugoff; her siblings, Rufus Spruill (Theresa), Maurice Spruill, Lisa Spruill Motley (Mack) and Tyrone Spruill; her grandchildren, Nyshera Spencer, Shadejia Kennedy, Shacara Clark, Alajah Kennedy, Khalik Kennedy, Laurrin Wood, Khamani Kennedy, Ryleigh Wood, Shaniah Kennedy, Karter Johnson, Knova Johnson and Tyler Mumford; and her great grandchildren, Aasim Addison, Giovani Mumford and Kinsleigh Mumford. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with other relatives.
