He is survived by: his wife Joyce Poole Boyd; his children, Cherrie Boyd of Columbia, Jacqueline Boyd Calhoun of Columbia and Anthony Leon Boyd of Lugoff; and his siblings, Teresa Wilson, Ethel Kelly (Allen), Nora Green (Rick), Donna Wilson, Laverne Bracey (Nathaniel), Cheryl Stuckey (Anthony), Noland Boyd, Jr., Ronald Boyd (Diane), Donald Boyd, Levi Boyd and Herbert Boyd. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
