He is survived by: his wife Patricia Elizabeth Witzel; his daughter Shawna Marie Allen (Shane) of Hamlin, N. Y.; his stepchildren, Lori Forbes (Philip) of Baldwinsville, N. Y., Lisa Peake (Jeffrey) of Garner, N. C. and Jeffrey Farrell (Stephanie) of Baldwinsville, N. Y.; his daughter-in-law Valerie Witzel; and his sister Beverly Soule (Michael). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
