It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ryan Joel Gainey (Lugoff, South Carolina), born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on January 27, 2021, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Thomas Elmer Kessler. He is survived by: his parents, Peter James and June Marie Kessler Gainey; his wife Ashleigh Annette Alston; his stepchildren, Gregory Shaw and Sydney Shaw; his sister Natalie Dunlap (Aaron); and his grandmothers, Isabel June Kessler and Matilde Marie Adkison. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
