She was predeceased by: her husband Ben Cook; her parents, William Russell Haese and Dorothy Bennett Haese; and her children, Dona LeGrand and Van Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Branham (Mike), Susan Challender (Bob) and Kay Cook; and her brother Robert "Bob" Haese (Elaine). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lugoff Church of God.
