He is survived by: his wife Joyce Rebecca Stokes McCaskill; his children, Michael McCaskill and Amy McCaskill; his brother Cecil "Mac" McCaskill, Jr.; his grandchildren, Heather McCaskill Burton (Robert), Conner McCaskill, Ephraim McCaskill, Irelyn McCaskill, Nathan Brewington and William Barfield; and his great grandchildren, Matthias Burton and Rylee McCaskill.
