It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vince Stallings (Lugoff, South Carolina), born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on March 27, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Paul Stallings, Sr. and Louise Hall Stallings. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Eddings "Sandy" Stallings; his children, Deanna Uher (Tony) of Camden and Ryan Stallings of Lugoff; and his sisters, Karen Stallings and Christy Winkler (Jimmy). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
