She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Jeffery Carter; and her parents, Gustav Borchert and Margaret Emma Morawe. She is survived by: her children, Brian Carter (Kris) of Bridgewater, NJ and Nancy Kirkup (Keith) of Colonia, NJ. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
