William Chavis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Chavis of McColl, South Carolina, born in Dillon, South Carolina, who passed away on October 13, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Tommy Chavis and Annie Lee Chavis; his wife Annie Ruth Clark Chavis; his daughters, Kathy Chavis and Jackie Chavis Deal; and his siblings, John L. Chavis, Reedy Chavis, Tommy Chavis, Wesley Chavis, Eddie Chavis, Raymond Chavis, Anna Belle Hunt and Liza Jane Revells.
He is survived by : his children, Billy Chavis of McColl and Debra Jean Chavis of McColl. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
