He was predeceased by : his parents, Glenn R. Forney and Betty Louise Forney (Rains). He is survived by : his close friend Gay; his grandson Steve; his wife Amber Gay Forney (Pass); his daughters, Erin Forney Shaw of Clarkston, MI and Cara Forney of Waco, TX; his grandchildren, Isabelle and JT Shaw; his siblings, Gary (Cathy) of Ennis, MT and Lori Davis (Steve) of Frankfort; and his friend House. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
