With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert Barnette (Moncks Corner, South Carolina), born in Russellville, South Carolina, who passed away on March 27, 2020 at the age of 97. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ellie Barnette and Violet Russell Barnette; his daughter Angela Stegal; his sister Gwen Ramsey of Summerville; and his grandchildren, Michael Livingston (Lisa) of Daniel Island, David Livingston (Carol) of Charlotte, NC and Robyn Cenizal of Jacksonville, FL. He was also cherished by six great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
