She was predeceased by: her husband Liesbon Frasier, Sr; and her children, Coleman Frasier, Liesbon Frasier, Jr. and Geraldine Frasier Garrett. She is survived by: her son Perry Frasier (Dawn); and her siblings, Leola Coakley and Lonnie Randolph, Sr. (Susan). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; in-laws, and a host of other relatives and friends.
