She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Steerman Key and Stewart Hampton Key Sr.; and her brother Stewart Key Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Robert Lee Lipsey Jr.; and her children, Carolyn Tijing (Gene), Charlotte Coker, Robert Lipsey III and Gary Lynn Lipsey.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Russell Funeral Chapel (107 W Main St, Moncks Corner, SC 29461). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
