He was predeceased by : his parents, William Chapman McKay and Mattie Lou Jones McKay; and his former life partner Rachel Boatwright McKay. He is survived by : his sons, Jeffrey McKay (Missy) of Monetta and Charles Tracy McKay (Amie) of Leesville; his sister Gloria Rodgers; his grandchildren, Jonathon McKay (Mary), Jason McKay, Garrett McKay (Ashley), Matthew McKay (Heidi) and Amanda McKay Johnson (Jeremy); and his great grandchildren, Chloe, Justin, Millie McKay, Kyndall and Kash Johnson.
