He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Herbert Marvin Jr. and Carolyn Pittman Marvin; and his brother Steve Talbert. He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Smith; his daughter Lisa Schumpert (Richard) of Gilbert, SC; and his siblings, James Charles Marvin (Margaret), Beth Daniel (Raleigh) and Cissy Bankhead (Jim). He is also survived by five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
