He is survived by: his spouse Billie Jean Daniel Toole; his sons, Bobby Toole (Kim), Jeffrey Toole and Gregory Toole; his grandchildren, Christine Hunt, Gregory Toole, Jeremy Toole and Christopher Toole; his great grandchildren, Chris Toole, Jeremiah Toole, Angel Toole, Dalton Boone, Willow Hunt and Addison Hunt; his great great grandchild A. J. Lewis; and his sister Henrietta Marks.
