She is survived by: her husband Richard Palmer Cole; her sons, Christopher Cole (Leigh Polk Cole) and Jeffrey Cole (Audrey Bates Cole); her grandsons, Robert Cole and Bradley Cole; and her brother John Howard. She is also survived by two nephews and three nieces.
