He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Francis Roach; his brother Ronald Roach; and his son-in-law Robert Ruben. He is survived by: his parent Martha Villnave Roach; his spouse Joan Curtis Roach of Garden City; his children, Regina Roach Sandlin (Todd), Laurie Roach Ruben, Philip Roach Jr. and Susan Roach; his sister Rita Gebo; his grandchildren, Gretchen Ruben Bengler, Robert Ruben, Madison Sandlin and Dulaney Sandlin; his great grandchild Ethan Bengler; and his sister-in-law Patricia Smith Roach.
