He is survived by: his grandmother Anna Kavulick; his wife Patricia Kavulick; his children, Susan Adshead (Ed) of Manassas, VA and Jeff Kavulick (Christy) of Clayton, NC; his grandchildren, Allison, Ethan, Jonah and Micah; and his brother Bob Benke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
