It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Carl Benson of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, born in Conway, South Carolina, who passed away on August 28, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Luther and Ella Earle Busbee Benson; his grandparents, Carl Busbee, Dr. Carl Leon, Decie Irene Busbee, Martin Luther and Carrie Sue Benson; his daughter Laura Lynn Benson Williams (Ritchie); his grandchildren, Luke Carlyle Williams, Lawton Avery Williams and Grayson Lynn Williams; his siblings, Frances Benson Lambe and William Richard Benson (Timna); his nephews, Ronald Scott Lambe (Jennie) and Thomas Martin Benson; and his niece Kathleen Earle Benson.
