He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Warren and Particia Brocklehurst (Stark); his siblings, Tom Brocklehurst and Patti Reed; and his nephew Joey Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Brocklehurst (Conley) of Murrells Inlet, SC; his children, Emily Breeze (Richard) of North Canton, Warren "Brock" Brocklehurst (Aubrie) of Uniontown and Katie Brocklehurst (Anthony Mayle) of Minerva; his grandchildren, Raegan, Scarlett, Skylar, Stella, Warren and Walker; and his sister Polly Jones (Scott) of Tooele, UT. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and many good friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family or funeral home for a scholarship fund for the grandchildren.
