It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Carter (Myrtle Beach, South Carolina), born in Macon, Georgia, who passed away on July 13, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Jackson and Mary Jackson (Bailey); and her son Marvin Bailey. She is survived by: her husband Jerome Carter; her children, Jerbrena Carter Jacobs (Collin), Tracey Wyatt Perdue and Richard Bennett; her siblings, Alvin Bailey, Dorothy Bailey, Ronnie Bailey, Cornelius Jackson, Jr., Diana Bailey and Lynda Muhammad (David); her grandchildren, Ella Jacobs, Collin Jacobs, Jr., Marvin Bailey, Jr., Mya Bailey, Breanna Bailey and Shane Bailey; her great grandchild Hailey Collins; and her aunt Lucile Saulsberry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
