He was predeceased by: his grandparents, A. C. Long, Freda Long, Frances Phillips, L. C. Greene and Colleen Greene; his uncle Gene Phillips; and his cousins, Tracy Jones and Zack Foreman.
He is survived by: his parents, John Steven Greene and Deborah Long Greene; his daughters, Christa Parker Greene and Callie Carson Greene; his brothers, Philip Brian Greene (Kaycie), Troy Steven Greene (Misty) and Jonathan Alan Greene (Brittany); his uncle Alan Craig Long (Beth); his aunts, Rita Long Phillips and Geraldine Greene Foreman (Ronnie); his grandfather Grady Phillips (Ann); and also, Christine Huffman Greene (Tori Brooks Greene), Hannah Laine Merrill, Haleigh Paige Merrill and Ryan Scott Merrill. He is also survived by 3 nieces and 4 nephews.
