He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Curtis of Wallace, SC; his stepdaughters, Stacey Lewis of Wallace, SC and Heather Raffaldt of Wallace, SC; his siblings, Chance Curtis (Kelly) of Minnesota, Teresa Hardee of Myrtle Beach, Cindy Tyler (Sam) of Myrtle Beach and Shontele Curtis of Minnesota; his grandchildren, Kyleigh and Keeley; and his friend Mark Rheinhart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
