We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2019, at the age of 86, Eva Dorothy Altman (Myrtle Beach, South Carolina), born in Duncan, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Sheppeard and Velva Gamblin Sheppeard; her husband Midland Altman; and her siblings, Eugene Sheppeard and Ruthie Goodin.

She is survived by: her daughters, Alicia Altman and Melissa Altman; her grandchildren, Christopher Owens (Leslie), Taryn Bates, Jerry Travis Polson, III, Kristin Bates and Jaden Bates; her great grandchildren, Lucas Serra and Allece Butler; and her siblings, Christine Fletcher, Carlis Sheppeard (Yvonne) and Leon Sheppeard (Dorothy Gean). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
