He was predeceased by: his sister Laura Anne Wallace; and his parents, Hugh T Wallace Jr. and Ella Mae O'Neal Wallace. He is survived by: his brother Phillip O'Neal Wallace; his nephew Phillip O'Neal Wallace II of Four Oaks, NC.; his son Jon Brumbaugh; his spouse Constance Cannon Wallace; and also Kathy of Shelby, NC.
